Warranty and RMA

We offer a 30-day hardware repair warranty, and a 14-day return policy, from the original date of shipment.  The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to ArmadilloPC, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.  The warranty by ArmadilloPC will provide technical support (for hardware issues) between the hours of 8-4 M/F CST.  ArmadilloPC only supports hardware issues.  Program application issues are not included under the warranty.  The warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser, and is not transferable.  We do not guarantee or warranty laptop batteries.  Your refurbished laptop will come with a used, functioning battery.  Batteries do not typically have long lives, and we have no way of knowing how long they will hold a charge.  We guarantee the laptop will function utilizing the AC adapter included with your purchase.

Data recovery is not included under this warranty and ArmadilloPC is not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit or repair.

 Our technician will first attempt to help you resolve the issue, if the problem cannot be resolved over the phone or email, you will be issued an RMA number in order to return the unit
 An RMA number and a return shipping label will be emailed to you. The RMA number must accompany the item being returned, if you are not able to print the RMA email, pls write the number on the box
 All returned items must be sent back to us in the original condition it was received
 Once we receive your item, we will assess the problem, repair any hardware issues, and return the item to you.  Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

 An RMA number and a return shipping label will be emailed to you. The RMA number must accompany the item being returned, if you are not able to print the RMA email, please write the number on the box 
 Once we receive the item (must be returned within the 14 day return period) we will process your refund, minus any applicable charges (return shipping, re-stocking fee, if applicable), within three (3) business days 

Warranty and Technical service DOES NOT INCLUDE the following:

Laptop batteries, damage due to abuse, modification or attempted repairs by anyone other than ArmadilloPC technicians, unsuitable physical or operating environments, improper maintenance, tampering or removal of ArmadilloPC serial numbers or certification stickers, acts of god to include but not limited to floods, lightning, tornadoes, hurricanes and earthquakes.  Warranty does not include installation of or software issues of any kind as well as any unauthorized repairs or upgrades. The warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. ArmadilloPC’s responsibility for malfunctions and defects in hardware and accessories is limited to repair and/or replacement as set forth above.
